Pro Guide 3/16" post, for home racing, 7mm blade. Use this guide on plastic tracks. Trim to exact depth needed for some older plastic track systems. Blade may need to be thinned for some tracks. This is essentially a copy of a Jet Guide, which has been used in US pro racing since the 1970s, but adapted for the shallower slots of most plastic track systems.
